Returns

4everfits accepts, for return or exchange, items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

There are no visible signs of damage. All original packaging is intact. Any signs of damage will void the 4everfits guarantee. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.

Several types of items are excluded from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear) or hygiene-related items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (email with order confirmation) including your order number.

If you are returning an item worth over 80 USD, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often a processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (normally between 2-3 days). If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please email us at info@naturescayenne.com so we can investigate the issue further.

Gifts

Follow the instructions above to return online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you do not report the damage within 48 hours, we may not be able to process your claim. We use timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests.
