Shipping
Nature's Cayenne partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work with local couriers—allowing us to deliver directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate shipping worldwide.
You will be charged upon placing your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
On average, we need 2–5 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier’s sorting facility. Certain items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items with stock availability issues.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make any changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the locations of manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some shipping carriers, it may take several days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Here are our estimates for your reference:

While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Nature's Cayenne cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance processes, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These disruptions may cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
Customs, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are charged when the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nature's Cayenne has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping fees incurred.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Nature's Cayenne is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the respective shipping company.
Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when reviewing claims for damage or returns, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
